This is a short, plain-English privacy notice for the PresalesGuru waitlist. Once we launch the full product, we'll publish a complete legal-grade Privacy Policy. For now, this is what we want you to know.
When you join the waitlist, we collect: your email address (required), and optionally your name, company name, and a brief description of your use case. We also automatically log the timestamp of your submission and the IP address of the request, for security and analytics.
Strictly to: (a) email you product updates and launch news, (b) prioritize the features and integrations you tell us you need, (c) invite a small subset of waitlist members to early product access. That's it.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party for marketing. We do not run advertising trackers on this site. We do not use your information for any purpose other than communication about PresalesGuru itself.
Waitlist data is stored in a Postgres database hosted by Supabase in the South Asia (Mumbai, India) region. This satisfies the data-localization expectations of India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@presalesguru.ai. We'll remove your record within 7 working days and confirm in writing.
